मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-8, verse-60

पश्यैहि वत्स मामेवं मातरं दास्यतां गताम् ।
मां मा स्प्रार्क्षो राजपुत्र अस्पृश्याहं तवाधुना ॥६०॥
60. paśyaihi vatsa māmevaṃ mātaraṃ dāsyatāṃ gatām .
māṃ mā sprārkṣo rājaputra aspṛśyāhaṃ tavādhunā.
60. paśya ehi vatsa mām evam mātaram dāsyatām gatām
mām mā spṛkṣīḥ rājaputra aspṛśyā aham tava adhunā
60. Come, child, and see me, your mother, who has fallen into servitude. Do not touch me, O prince, for I am now untouchable to you.
