मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-8, verse-145

अथापश्यत् खरं देहं हस्तिनं वानरं पशुम् ।
छागं विडालं कङ्कञ्च गामविं पक्षिणं कृमिम् ॥१४५॥
145. athāpaśyat kharaṃ dehaṃ hastinaṃ vānaraṃ paśum .
chāgaṃ viḍālaṃ kaṅkañca gāmaviṃ pakṣiṇaṃ kṛmim.
145. atha apaśyat kharam deham hastinam vānaram paśum
chāgam viḍālam kaṅkam ca gām avim pakṣiṇam kṛmim
145. Then he saw (himself in the form of) a donkey, a body, an elephant, a monkey, an animal, a goat, a cat, a heron, a cow, a sheep, a bird, and a worm.
