मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-8, verse-160

यमं सोऽपश्यदाकारादुवाच च नराधिपम् ।
विश्वामित्रस्य कोपोऽयं दुर्निवार्यो महात्मनः ॥१६०॥
160. yamaṃ so'paśyadākārāduvāca ca narādhipam .
viśvāmitrasya kopo'yaṃ durnivāryo mahātmanaḥ.
160. yamam saḥ apaśyat ākārāt uvāca ca narādhipam
viśvāmitrasya kopaḥ ayam durnivāryaḥ mahātmanaḥ
160. He saw Yama by his appearance, and [Yama] spoke to the king: 'This wrath of the great-souled Viśvāmitra is difficult to avert.'
