मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-8, verse-141

सप्तवर्षं मृतात्मानं पुक्कसत्वे ददर्श ह ।
दिनं दिनन्तु नरके दह्यते पच्यतेऽन्यतः ॥१४१॥
141. saptavarṣaṃ mṛtātmānaṃ pukkasatve dadarśa ha .
dinaṃ dinantu narake dahyate pacyate'nyataḥ.

dinam dinam tu narake dahyate pacyate anyataḥ
141. He indeed saw his dead self (ātman) in the state of an outcast (pukkasa) for seven years. Moreover, day after day in hell (naraka), he was burnt and cooked from another side.
