मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-8, verse-153

पुत्रस्ते शोच्यतां प्राप्तो भर्यंया शैव्यया सह ।
स नापश्यत् पुनरपि धावमानः पुनः पुनः ॥१५३॥
153. putraste śocyatāṃ prāpto bharyaṃyā śaivyayā saha .
sa nāpaśyat punarapi dhāvamānaḥ punaḥ punaḥ.
153. putraḥ te śocyatām prāptaḥ bhāryayā śaivyayā saha
saḥ na apaśyat punaḥ api dhāvamānaḥ punaḥ punaḥ
153. Your son has fallen into a lamentable state along with your wife, Shaivya. He did not see them again, though he ran repeatedly.
