यत्र त्वं धर्मपरमः स्वराज्यादवरोपितः ॥२१२॥

212. nāsti dharmaḥ kutaḥ satyamārjavaṃ cānṛśaṃsatā .

There is no natural law (dharma); how then can there be truth, straightforwardness, and compassion? This is seen in the situation where you, who are supremely devoted to natural law (dharma), have been dethroned from your own kingdom.
