मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-8, verse-251

भजन्तं भक्तमत्याज्यमदुष्टं त्यजतः सुखम् ।
नेह नामुत्र पश्यामि तस्माच्छक्र दिवं व्रज ॥२५१॥
251. bhajantaṃ bhaktamatyājyamaduṣṭaṃ tyajataḥ sukham .
neha nāmutra paśyāmi tasmācchakra divaṃ vraja.
251. bhajantam bhaktam atyājyam aduṣṭam tyajataḥ sukham
na iha na amutra paśyāmi tasmāt śakra divam vraja
251. For one who abandons a devoted (bhakta), blameless, and unabandonable devotee (bhakta), I see no happiness here in this world, nor in the next. Therefore, O Śakra (Indra), go to heaven!
