मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-9, verse-239

ज्ञातिसंबन्धिभिस्त्वेते त्यक्तव्याः कृतलक्षणाः ।
निर्दया निर्नमस्कारास्तन मनोरनुशासनम ॥२३९॥
239. jñātisaṁbandhibhistvete tyaktavyāḥ kṛtalakṣaṇāḥ ,
nirdayā nirnamaskārāstan manoranuśāsanam.

nirdayāḥ nirnamaskārāḥ tat manoḥ anuśāsanam
239. tu jñātisambandhibhiḥ ete kṛtalakṣaṇāḥ nirdayāḥ
nirnamaskārāḥ tyaktavyāḥ tat manoḥ anuśāsanam
239. But these, who bear distinguishing marks, and are unworthy of mercy or salutations, must be abandoned by their kinsmen and relatives. Such is the instruction of Manu.
