मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-9, verse-120

यवीयान्ज्येष्ठभार्यायां पुत्रमुत्पादयेद यदि ।
समस्तत्र विभागः स्यादिति धर्मो व्यवस्थितः ॥१२०॥
120. yavīyānjyeṣṭhabhāryāyāṁ putramutpādayed yadi ,
samastatra vibhāgaḥ syāditi dharmo vyavasthitaḥ.

120. If a younger brother begets a son with the wife of his elder brother, then in that situation, the division (of property) should be equal. Thus, this rule (dharma) is established.
