मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-11, verse-33

श्रुतीरथर्वाङ्गिरसीः कुर्यादित्यविचारयन ।
वाक्षस्त्रं वै ब्राह्मणस्य तेन हन्यादरीन द्विजः ॥३३॥
33. śrutīratharvāṅgirasīḥ kuryādityavicārayan ,
vākṣastraṁ vai brāhmaṇasya tena hanyādarīn dvijaḥ.
33. śrutīḥ atharvāṅgirasīḥ kuryāt iti avicārayan vāk
śastram vai brāhmaṇasya tena hanyāt arīn dvijaḥ
33. Without hesitation, he should apply the sacred texts (śruti) of the Atharva-Veda and Aṅgiras. Speech is indeed the brahmin's weapon; with it, a brahmin (dvija) should strike down his enemies.
