मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-11, verse-109

चतुर्थकालमश्नीयादक्षारलवणं मितम ।
गोमूत्रेणाचरेत स्नानं द्वौ मासौ नियतेन्द्रियः ॥१०९॥
109. caturthakālamaśnīyādakṣāralavaṇaṁ mitam ,
gomūtreṇācaret snānaṁ dvau māsau niyatendriyaḥ.

109. He should eat limited, unsalted food only at the fourth mealtime (i.e., once every other day). With his senses controlled (niyatendriya), he should bathe with cow urine for two months.
