मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-11, verse-253

प्रतिगृह्याप्रतिग्राह्यं भुक्त्वा चान्नं विगर्हितम ।
जपंस्तरत्समन्दीयं पूयते मानवस्त्र्यहात ॥२५३॥
253. pratigṛhyāpratigrāhyaṁ bhuktvā cānnaṁ vigarhitam ,
japaṁstaratsamandīyaṁ pūyate mānavastryahāt.

253. A person, having accepted what should not be received and having eaten blameworthy food, becomes purified in three days by reciting the 'taratsamandiīyam' mantra.
