महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-2, verse-64

शान्तिपर्व ततो यत्र राजधर्मानुकीर्तनम् ।
आपद्धर्मश्च पर्वोक्तं मोक्षधर्मस्ततः परम् ॥६४॥
64. śāntiparva tato yatra rājadharmānukīrtanam ,
āpaddharmaśca parvoktaṁ mokṣadharmastataḥ param.
