If a birth occurs during the day in the dark fortnight (kṛṣṇapakṣa), or similarly at night in the bright fortnight (śuklapakṣa), then indeed the Aṣṭottarī (dasha system) should be particularly considered for the purpose of (predicting) results (phala).
