बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-46, verse-184

क्रमादुत्क्रमतो ग्राह्यं त्रिकोणं विषमे समे ।
त्रिकोणाख्यदशा प्रोक्ता समा नाथावसानकाः ॥१८४॥
184. kramādutkramato grāhyaṃ trikoṇaṃ viṣame same .
trikoṇākhyadaśā proktā samā nāthāvasānakāḥ.
184. kramāt utkramataḥ grāhyam trikoṇam viṣame same
trikoṇākhya-daśā proktā samāḥ nātha-avasānakāḥ
184. For odd signs, the trines should be considered in direct order, and for even signs, in reverse order. This daśā is known as the Trikoṇa daśā, and its years are fixed, concluding with the lords (of the signs).
