बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-46, verse-110

सिंहात्तु मिथुने याते स्त्रिया व्याधिर्भवेद् ध्रुवम् ।
कर्कटाच्च हरौ याते वधो भवति देहिनाम् ॥११०॥
110. siṃhāttu mithune yāte striyā vyādhirbhaved dhruvam .
karkaṭācca harau yāte vadho bhavati dehinām.
110. siṃhāt tu mithune yāte striyā vyādhiḥ bhavet dhruvam
karkaṭāt ca harau yāte vadhaḥ bhavati dehinām
110. When there is a transition from Leo (Siṃha) to Gemini (Mithuna), disease for women is certain. And when there is a transition from Cancer (Karkaṭa) to Leo (Hari/Siṃha), there is death for embodied beings (dehin).
