तद्दिगावभागे वक्तव्यं तद्दशासमये नृणाम् ।
यथोपदेशमार्गेण सर्वेषां द्विजसत्तम ॥११३॥

O best among the twice-born (dvija), these [results] should be declared for human beings during the time of that daśā (planetary period), according to the method of instruction, in that particular direction or division, for all.
