बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-46, verse-163

ज्ञेयाश्चरस्थिरद्वन्द्वाः क्रमतो बलशालिनः ।
राशिसत्त्वसमानत्वे बहुवर्षो बली भवेद् ॥१६३॥
163. jñeyāścarasthiradvandvāḥ kramato balaśālinaḥ .
rāśisattvasamānatve bahuvarṣo balī bhaved.
163. jñeyāḥ cara-sthira-dvandvāḥ kramataḥ bala-śālinaḥ
rāśi-sattva-samānatve bahu-varṣaḥ balī bhavet
163. The movable (cara), fixed (sthira), and dual (dvisvabhāva) signs should be understood as possessing strength in that order. If the inherent quality or strength of the signs is equal, then the one signifying more years (in its daśā) becomes stronger.
