sukha bhāva gata ṛkṣasya kāla cakra daśā yadā
tadā bandhu sukham bhūmi gṛha rājya sukha āptayaḥ

When the Kālacakra-daśā (period) of the constellation (ṛkṣa) situated in the house of happiness (sukha-bhāva) occurs, then there will be happiness from relatives, and the acquisition of pleasure from land, houses, and kingdom.
