मीनात्तु वृश्चिके याते उदग् गच्छति सङ्कटम् ।
चापाच्च मकरे याते सङ्कटं जायते ध्रुवम् ॥११७॥

117. mīnāttu vṛścike yāte udag gacchati saṅkaṭam .
cāpācca makare yāte saṅkaṭaṃ jāyate dhruvam.

But when [a planet] moves from Pisces (Mīna) to Scorpio (Vṛścika), trouble goes northward. And when [it] moves from Sagittarius (Cāpa) to Capricorn (Makara), trouble certainly arises.
