मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-8, verse-407

गर्भिणी तु द्विमासादिस्तथा प्रव्रजितो मुनिः ।
ब्राह्मणा लिङ्गिनश्चैव न दाप्यास्तारिकं तरे ॥४०७॥
407. garbhiṇī tu dvimāsādistathā pravrajito muniḥ ,
brāhmaṇā liṅginaścaiva na dāpyāstārikaṁ tare.

407. Pregnant women, from the second month onwards, and similarly a renunciate (muni), Brahmins, and those bearing religious insignia, should not be made to pay the ferry fare for crossing.
