मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-8, verse-368

सकामां दूषयंस्तुल्यो नाङ्गुलिछेदमाप्नुयात ।
द्विशतं तु दमं दाप्यः प्रसङ्गविनिवृत्तये ॥३६८॥
368. sakāmāṁ dūṣayaṁstulyo nāṅgulichedamāpnuyāt ,
dviśataṁ tu damaṁ dāpyaḥ prasaṅgavinivṛttaye.

dviśatam tu damam dāpyaḥ prasaṅgavinivṛttaye

368. A man of equal status, defiling a willing woman, should not incur the cutting off of fingers. But he should be made to pay a fine of two hundred (units) for the prevention of such (illicit) association.
