मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-8, verse-266

एषोऽखिलेनाभिहितो धर्मः सीमाविनिर्णये ।
अत ऊर्ध्वं प्रवक्ष्यामि वाक्पारुष्यविनिर्णयम ॥२६६॥
266. eṣo'khilenābhihito dharmaḥ sīmāvinirṇaye ,
ata ūrdhvaṁ pravakṣyāmi vākpāruṣyavinirṇayam.

266. This complete system of natural law (dharma) concerning the determination of boundaries has been explained. Henceforth, I will describe the regulations regarding harsh speech.
