मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-8, verse-278

एष दण्डविधिः प्रोक्तो वाक्पारुष्यस्य तत्त्वतः ।
अत ऊर्ध्वं प्रवक्ष्यामि दण्डपारुष्यनिर्णयम ॥२७८॥
278. eṣa daṇḍavidhiḥ prokto vākpāruṣyasya tattvataḥ ,
ata ūrdhvaṁ pravakṣyāmi daṇḍapāruṣyanirṇayam.
