अभयस्य हि यो दाता स पूज्यः सततं नृपः ।
सत्त्रं हि वर्धते तस्य सदैवाभयदक्षिणम ॥३०३॥

Indeed, the king who grants safety is always to be honored. For, his charitable undertaking (sattra), which always provides protection as its offering, flourishes.
