मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-8, verse-282

अवनिष्ठीवतो दर्पाद द्वावोष्ठौ छेदयेन्नृपः ।
अवमूत्रयतो मेढ्रमवशर्धयतो गुदम ॥२८२॥
282. avaniṣṭhīvato darpād dvāvoṣṭhau chedayennṛpaḥ ,
avamūtrayato meḍhramavaśardhayato gudam.

282. The king should have the two lips severed of a person who spits out of arrogance. (He should have) the penis (severed) of one who urinates upon (another), and the anus (severed) of one who defecates upon (another).
