महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-14, verse-55

अर्द्यमानाश्च विबुधा ग्रहेण सुबलीयसा ।
शिवदत्तवराञ्जघ्नुरसुरेन्द्रान्सुरा भृशम् ॥५५॥
55. ardyamānāśca vibudhā graheṇa subalīyasā ,
śivadattavarāñjaghnurasurendrānsurā bhṛśam.

55. And the gods (vibudhāḥ), being tormented by the exceedingly powerful demon (graha), intensely slew the chief demons (asurendra) who had received boons from Śiva.
