महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-136, verse-27

तेनानुचरता तस्मिन्वने विश्वस्तचारिणा ।
भक्षं विचरमाणेन नचिराद्दृष्टमामिषम् ॥२७॥
27. tenānucaratā tasminvane viśvastacāriṇā ,
bhakṣaṁ vicaramāṇena nacirāddṛṣṭamāmiṣam.

bhakṣam vicaramāṇena na cirāt dṛṣṭam āmiṣam

27. As he (Palita) was wandering in that forest, moving confidently and searching for food, meat was seen by him not long thereafter.
