महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-136, verse-200

भीतवत्संविधिः कार्यः प्रतिसंधिस्तथैव च ।
भयादुत्पद्यते बुद्धिरप्रमत्ताभियोगजा ॥२००॥

200. bhītavatsaṁvidhiḥ kāryaḥ pratisaṁdhistathaiva ca ,
bhayādutpadyate buddhirapramattābhiyogajā.
