तत्र प्राज्ञोऽभिसंधत्ते सम्यग्बुद्धिबलाश्रयात् ।

196. In such a situation, a discerning person (prājña) employs his intellect's strength to outwit others. However, even a discerning person can be deceived by the ignorant due to negligence.
