महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-3, verse-124

तमुत्तङ्कः प्रत्युवाच ।
कृतक्षण एवास्मि ।
शीघ्रमिच्छामि यथोपपन्नमन्नमुपहृतं भवतेति ॥१२४॥
124. tamuttaṅkaḥ pratyuvāca ,
kṛtakṣaṇa evāsmi ,
śīghramicchāmi yathopapannamannamupahṛtaṁ bhavateti.
124. tam uttaṅkaḥ pratyuvāca kṛtakṣaṇaḥ eva asmi śīghram
icchāmi yathā upapannam annam upahṛtam bhavatā iti
124. Uttanka replied to him: 'I am indeed one who has already granted the requested time (for your preparations). I wish for food, whatever is readily available, to be offered by you quickly.'
