Then (tataḥ), O King (rājan), by respectfully greeting (samabhivādya eva) Macakruka, who is the doorkeeper (dvārapālam) and a very powerful (mahābalam) Yaksha (yakṣam), one would surely obtain (labhet) the merit (phalam) of donating a thousand cows.
