महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-7

ततो मचक्रुकं राजन्द्वारपालं महाबलम् ।
यक्षं समभिवाद्यैव गोसहस्रफलं लभेत् ॥७॥
7. tato macakrukaṁ rājandvārapālaṁ mahābalam ,
yakṣaṁ samabhivādyaiva gosahasraphalaṁ labhet.

yakṣam samabhivādya eva gosahasraphalam labhet
7. Then (tataḥ), O King (rājan), by respectfully greeting (samabhivādya eva) Macakruka, who is the doorkeeper (dvārapālam) and a very powerful (mahābalam) Yaksha (yakṣam), one would surely obtain (labhet) the merit (phalam) of donating a thousand cows.
