महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-18

ततो मुञ्जवटं नाम महादेवस्य धीमतः ।
तत्रोष्य रजनीमेकां गाणपत्यमवाप्नुयात् ॥१८॥
18. tato muñjavaṭaṁ nāma mahādevasya dhīmataḥ ,
tatroṣya rajanīmekāṁ gāṇapatyamavāpnuyāt.
18. tataḥ muñjavaṭam nāma mahādevasya dhīmataḥ |
tatra uṣya rajanīm ekām gāṇapatyam avāpnuyāt
18. Thereafter, one should visit the place called Muñjavaṭa, which belongs to the wise Mahādeva. By staying there for a single night, a person would attain the status of a gaṇa-pati (a chief attendant of Śiva).
