पुलस्त्य उवाच ।
ततो देवः प्रहृष्टात्मा ब्रह्मर्षिमिदमब्रवीत् ।
तपस्ते वर्धतां विप्र मत्प्रसादात्सहस्रधा ॥११३॥

113. pulastya uvāca ,
tato devaḥ prahṛṣṭātmā brahmarṣimidamabravīt ,
tapaste vardhatāṁ vipra matprasādātsahasradhā.

113. pulastyaḥ uvāca | tataḥ devaḥ prahṛṣṭa ātmā brahmarṣim idam
abravīt | tapaḥ te vardhatām vipra mat prasādāt sahasradhā

113. Pulastya said, "Then, the god, with a joyful spirit, spoke this to the brahmin sage: 'O brahmin, by my grace, may your austerity (tapas) increase a thousandfold!'"
