स्वर्गद्वारं ततो गच्छेन्नियतो नियताशनः ।
स्वर्गलोकमवाप्नोति ब्रह्मलोकं च गच्छति ॥१४५॥

145. svargadvāraṁ tato gacchenniyato niyatāśanaḥ ,
svargalokamavāpnoti brahmalokaṁ ca gacchati.

145. Thereafter, one should go to the gate of heaven, being disciplined and having regulated their diet. They attain the heavenly world and also go to the world of brahman (brahman).
