महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-52

पूतात्मानश्च राजेन्द्र प्रयान्ति परमां गतिम् ।
दशाश्वमेधिकं चैव तस्मिंस्तीर्थे महीपते ।
तत्र स्नात्वा नरव्याघ्र गच्छेत परमां गतिम् ॥५२॥
52. pūtātmānaśca rājendra prayānti paramāṁ gatim ,
daśāśvamedhikaṁ caiva tasmiṁstīrthe mahīpate ,
tatra snātvā naravyāghra gaccheta paramāṁ gatim.

52. O King of kings (rājendra), those with purified souls (ātman) attain the supreme destination (gatim).
