पुलस्त्य उवाच ।
ततो गच्छेत राजेन्द्र कुरुक्षेत्रमभिष्टुतम् ।
पापेभ्यो विप्रमुच्यन्ते तद्गताः सर्वजन्तवः ॥१॥

Pulastya said: O King, thereafter one should go to Kurukṣetra, which is highly glorified. All beings who go there are liberated from sins.
