महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-1

पुलस्त्य उवाच ।
ततो गच्छेत राजेन्द्र कुरुक्षेत्रमभिष्टुतम् ।
पापेभ्यो विप्रमुच्यन्ते तद्गताः सर्वजन्तवः ॥१॥
1. pulastya uvāca ,
tato gaccheta rājendra kurukṣetramabhiṣṭutam ,
pāpebhyo vipramucyante tadgatāḥ sarvajantavaḥ.
1. pulastya uvāca tataḥ gacchet rājendra kurukṣetram
abhiṣṭutam pāpebhyaḥ vipramucyante tadgatāḥ sarvajantavaḥ
1. Pulastya said: O King, thereafter one should go to Kurukṣetra, which is highly glorified. All beings who go there are liberated from sins.
