महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-308, verse-146

यदा चैते प्रदुष्यन्ति राजन्ये कीर्तिता मया ।
तदैवास्य भयं तेभ्यो जायते पश्य यादृशम् ॥१४६॥

tadaivāsya bhayaṁ tebhyo jāyate paśya yādṛśam.

146. And when these qualities, which I have mentioned as pertaining to the king, become corrupted, then observe what kind of fear arises for him from those very things.
