वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-1, verse-33

संहृत्य च भुजौ श्रीमांस्तथैव च शिरोधराम् ।
तेजः सत्त्वं तथा वीर्यमाविवेश स वीर्यवान् ॥३३॥
33. saṃhṛtya ca bhujau śrīmāṃstathaiva ca śirodharām ,
tejaḥ sattvaṃ tathā vīryamāviveśa sa vīryavān.
