मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-83

केशग्रहान प्रहारांश्च शिरस्येतान विवर्जयेत ।
शिरःस्नातश्च तैलेन नाङ्गं किं चिदपि स्पृशेत ॥८३॥
83. keśagrahān prahārāṁśca śirasyetān vivarjayet ,
śiraḥsnātaśca tailena nāṅgaṁ kiṁ cidapi spṛśet.

83. One should avoid pulling the hair and striking the head. After bathing the head, one should not touch any part of the body with oil.
