मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-155

श्रुतिस्मृत्योदितं सम्यG निबद्धं स्वेषु कर्मसु ।
धर्ममूलं निषेवेत सदाचारमतन्द्रितः ॥१५५॥
155. śrutismṛtyoditaṁ samyaG nibaddhaṁ sveṣu karmasu ,
dharmamūlaṁ niṣeveta sadācāramatandritaḥ.

dharma mūlaṃ niṣeveta sadācāram atandritaḥ
155. One should diligently adhere to good conduct (sadācāra), which is rooted in dharma (innate nature), and is established in one's duties as prescribed by śruti (Vedic revelation) and smṛti (tradition).
