मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-66

उपानहौ च वासश्च धृतमन्यैर्न धारयेत ।
उपवीतमलङ्कारं स्रजं करकमेव च ॥६६॥
66. upānahau ca vāsaśca dhṛtamanyairna dhārayet ,

66. One should not wear footwear and clothes that have been worn by others. Nor should one wear a sacred thread, jewelry, a garland, or a water pot (that have been used by others).
