मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-109

उदके मध्यरात्रे च विण्मूत्रस्य विसर्जने ।
उच्छिष्टः श्राद्धभुक चैव मनसाऽपि न चिन्तयेत ॥१०९॥

109. One should not even think mentally of one who is impure (ucchistaḥ) after eating śrāddha food, during midnight, while discharging urine and feces, and in water.
