मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-143

स्पृष्ट्वैतानशुचिर्नित्यमद्भिः प्राणानुपस्पृशेत ।
गात्राणि चैव सर्वाणि नाभिं पाणितलेन तु ॥१४३॥
143. spṛṣṭvaitānaśucirnityamadbhiḥ prāṇānupaspṛśet ,
gātrāṇi caiva sarvāṇi nābhiṁ pāṇitalena tu.

gātrāṇi ca eva sarvāṇi nābhim pāṇitalena tu

143. Having touched these impure things, one should constantly touch the vital breaths (prāṇa) with water, and also all the limbs, and the navel with the palm.
