मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-48

वायुअग्निविप्रमादित्यमपः पश्यंस्तथैव गाः ।
न कदा चन कुर्वीत विण्मूत्रस्य विसर्जनम ॥४८॥
48. vāyuagnivipramādityamapaḥ paśyaṁstathaiva gāḥ ,
na kadā cana kurvīta viṇmūtrasya visarjanam.

48. Seeing the wind, fire, a brahmin, the sun, water, and similarly cows, one should never at any time perform the evacuation of excrement and urine.
