मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-4, verse-13

अतोऽन्यतमया वृत्त्या जीवंस्तु स्नातको द्विजः ।
स्वर्गायुष्ययशस्यानि व्रताणीमानि धारयेत ॥१३॥
13. ato'nyatamayā vṛttyā jīvaṁstu snātako dvijaḥ ,
svargāyuṣyayaśasyāni vratāṇīmāni dhārayet.

dvijaḥ svargāyuṣyaśasyāni vratānīmāni dhārayet

13. Thus, a twice-born person (dvija) who has completed his student life should live by any other means (than those forbidden). He should observe these vows that lead to heaven, long life, and fame.
