मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-7, verse-76

तस्य मध्ये सुपर्याप्तं कारयेद गृहमात्मनः ।
गुप्तं सर्वऋतुकं शुभ्रं जलवृक्षसमन्वितम ॥७६॥
76. tasya madhye suparyāptaṁ kārayed gṛhamātmanaḥ ,
guptaṁ sarvaṛtukaṁ śubhraṁ jalavṛkṣasamanvitam.

76. In the middle of it (the land), one should construct a sufficient house for oneself, secret, suitable for all seasons, clean, and complete with water and trees.
