मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-7, verse-29

ततो दुर्गं च राष्ट्रं च लोकं च सचराचरम ।
अन्तरिक्षगतांश्चैव मुनीन देवांश्च पीडयेत ॥२९॥
29. tato durgaṁ ca rāṣṭraṁ ca lokaṁ ca sacarācaram ,
antarikṣagatāṁścaiva munīn devāṁśca pīḍayet.

29. Then, one should also afflict the fortress, the kingdom, the world with its moving and unmoving beings, and even those ascetics (muni) and gods who reside in the sky.
