यथैनं नाभिसंदध्युर्मित्रोदासीनशत्रवः ।
तथा सर्वं संविदध्यादेष सामासिको नयः ॥१८०॥

180. yathainaṁ nābhisaṁdadhyurmitrodāsīnaśatravaḥ ,
tathā sarvaṁ saṁvidadhyādeṣa sāmāsiko nayaḥ.

Just as friends, neutrals, and enemies do not approach him [in this way], so he should make everything understood. This is the combined policy.
