महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-17, verse-77

अक्षरं परमं ब्रह्म बलवाञ्शक्र एव च ।
नीतिर्ह्यनीतिः शुद्धात्मा शुद्धो मान्यो मनोगतिः ॥७७॥
77. akṣaraṁ paramaṁ brahma balavāñśakra eva ca ,
nītirhyanītiḥ śuddhātmā śuddho mānyo manogatiḥ.

77. He is the indestructible, the supreme (brahman), and indeed, the powerful Indra (Śakra). He is both proper conduct (nīti) and improper conduct, the pure self (ātman), the pure, the venerable, and swift as thought.
